The Role
Service Delivery Director

The
Service Delivery Director
is a key leadership role responsible for managing a service organization and its portfolio of accounts to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with Kyndryl's clients.

The main responsibilities of this role are centered on:

  • Client Management and Governance: Serving as the face of Kyndryl and acting as a trusted advisor. This role is directly responsible for client governance, ensuring high client satisfaction, as measured by NPS.
  • Financial Management and Growth: Leading the financial success of projects under their management by owning the P&L. This includes optimizing profitability and identifying new opportunities to generate greater value and expand the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring services are delivered with the highest quality and efficiency. The role drives innovation through automation and the implementation of strategic solutions that help clients modernize and protect their IT environments.
  • Strategic Leadership: Actively contributing to Kyndryl's Sector, Solution, and Community initiatives, driving collective success and shaping the future of the company's service delivery.

  • Professional Experience: Over 10 years in management and director-level roles, leading project management and service delivery.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive within large-scale organizations.
  • Mindset and Approach: Strong growth mindset, unwavering focus on client success, and an open, inclusive attitude.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and governing large B2B contracts.

  • Optimizing profitability through P&L management.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Client Relationship: Ability to act as a trusted advisor, articulating comprehensive solutions across multiple service areas.

  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, and Cloud.
  • Additional Experience: Implementing service automation projects and successfully managing long-term client relationships.
  • English Level: Advanced (Mandatory).
