The Opportunity
Your Impact
The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support involving order entry, issue resolution, and track and trace support during the night shift The nature of the work is proactive and requires the ability to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps in real time. This role serves as our frontline response unit, responsible for identifying and reporting shipment delays to ensure we meet our stringent customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Effectively prioritize and track shipments to support on-time pickup and delivery while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service and brokerage SOPs. The role supports track-and-trace activities for customers and requires foundational knowledge of the TMS and transportation operations.
• The analyst works closely with service leaders and BU partners to manage daily service priorities and support delivery optimization and efficiency initiatives.
• This position operates on a night shift schedule from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.
• Intermediate Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• This role will additionally require building critical relationships with key team members both internally within the hub and across, inside the function and and across Business Units.
