Operations Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
Operations Analyst
to join our growing programmatic advertising team. This role will focus on optimizing internal workflows, campaign delivery, platform integrations, and operational efficiency across multiple programmatic channels (Display, Video, CTV, etc.). You'll work closely with account managers, ad operations, data analysts, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and optimize programmatic campaign delivery across DSPs and SSPs.
  • Analyze large datasets related to campaign performance, pacing, win rates, bid metrics, and margins to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and build automated reporting or solutions to streamline processes.
  • Own data integrity and quality assurance for reporting pipelines (working with internal BI or Engineering teams as needed).
  • Support inventory analysis and deal management, including PMP creation and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices for campaign setup, QA, and trafficking.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams on new tool and platform evaluations.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members on operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ad tech, programmatic media, or digital operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL (Python is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and ad serving technologies.
  • Familiarity with ad verification tools (IAS, MOAT), tag management, and VAST/VPAID specs.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
