Sobre el Equipo

El equipo de ZF Production System está conformado por profesionales especializados en mejora continua, cuyo objetivo es desarrollar capacidades Lean en la organización, estandarizar procesos y asegurar la sostenibilidad de las mejoras en piso de producción y áreas de soporte.

Qué es lo que puedes esperar como Lean Production Officer?:

  • Asegurar la implementación del sistema de producción de ZF.
  • Apoyar al Líder de ZF Production System (ZF PS) en la planta en la implementación de la estrategia del Sistema de Producción ZF.
  • Apoyar al Líder de ZF PS en la planta en su capacitación y en talleres/proyectos complejos o avanzados del ZF PS para la transformación hacia la Excelencia Operacional.
  • Fomentar la transferencia continua de conocimientos y el desarrollo de la experiencia en Lean.
  • Liderar la observación sistemática en toda la organización de la planta, promoviendo metodologías de resolución de problemas para alcanzar los objetivos de la planta.
  • Apoyar el seguimiento del progreso de la implementación Lean en la planta y validar la efectividad de las acciones necesarias.
  • Capacitar y guiar al equipo de planta en talleres, proyectos y evaluaciones ZF PS alineadas con la filosofía Lean.
  • Promover el desarrollo de estándares dentro de los equipos para el uso de las metodologías ZF PS, su implementación sostenible y cumplimiento; además de entrenar a las funciones transversales dentro de la planta para una aplicación independiente de las metodologías, y liderar talleres/proyectos avanzados de ZF PS en la planta.

Tu Perfil cómo Lean Production Officer:

  • +3 años con mismo cargo y experiencia en la industria automotriz.
  • Indispensable Ing. Industrial
  • Ingles intermedio-avanzado.
  • Experiencia en industria automotriz.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de Lean Manufacturing
  • Preferible Green Belt
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, redacción técnica y presentación.
