About This Role
As a Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our support team, reporting to a Support Manager. Your role involves providing exceptional user support, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Oracle Primavera Unifier and any other specified products. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain high-quality standards and drive process improvements. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional support and user administration for Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, taking ownership of ticket resolution, including follow-ups and communications.
- Configure and modify custom business processes, workflow setups, templates, and user-attribute forms.
- Translate business functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation, including instructions for addressing frequently occurring support issues.
- Review, maintain, and support existing processes to ensure data quality and continual improvement.
- Coordinate with Oracle to address and resolve any identified bugs.
- Build reports to support business analysis and user inquiries.
- Prepare technical documents on processes, including support instructions for frequently occurring issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction and effective communication.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a techno-functional support role with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with integration development and middleware products.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with other PMIS applications is a plus.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Flexible working hours may be required to support global teams.
