As Enterprise Solutions Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of
:
PepsiCo's Global Transportation Management System program is The transportation of finished product/raw materials to different locations in the Supply Chain and our Customers 'Seed to Shelf'. GTMS is needed to enable PepsiCo to better plan, execute, monitor and measure freight movements across multiple modes, enterprises and countries. Some GTMS Value Drivers are Network-wide Shipment Visibility, Metrics / Information Availability, Carrier Performance Management, On-time Delivery Reporting, Dock Appointment Management and Freight Pay The Global Transportation Management System leverages a strategic partnership with Software Vendor Blue Yonder. PepsiCo has implemented BY Transportation Planner and Transportation Manager and has critical integrations with SAP, Legacy Systems and 3rd Party applications for Master Data, Orders, Load Tenders, Loads, Appointments, Post Goods Issue, Stop Confirmation and Load Costing.

The GTMS System Analyst will be accountable for the collection and documenting GTMS business requirements (e.g. user stories) and business process design documents for the GTMS application across North America, LATAM, ESSA and AMENA. The Systems analyst will work closely with the Global and Sector business partners to define the configurations and enhancements of the GTMS BY solution that realizes the maximum business benefit/value. This role will quickly become a business process SME working closely with Global Transportation product managers, product owners, and solution integrator/architects. The GTMS systems analyst will work closely with Global and Sector business teams to enhance existing integrations with SAP S4 Hana as part of the PepsiCo Global Template initiative.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

• Minimum 3-5 years of related IT business work experience in project management delivery and/or business relationship management
• Minimum of 2-3 years Blue Yonder Transportation Planner and Transportation Manager
• Experience in CPG industry preferred
• Transportation experience highly valued
• SAP experience highly valued
• Demonstrated Competencies in the following areas:
• Requirements Gathering and Solution Design
• Technology Innovation
• Experience working with one of the following Transportation management platforms preferred:
• Blue Yonder Transportation Manager & Blue Yonder Transportation Planner
• SAP S/4 Transportation Management
• Inventory and Warehouse Management Systems
