The
Product Manager
is responsible for defining and developing the company's Casino Management Systems within the Product Department. The role is accountable for collaborating closely with R&D and Operations teams to achieve optimal outcomes, driving innovation, and implementing creative, out-of-the-box solutions to enhance product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Director and the Product Team to define the product (CMS) roadmap, client requests and upcoming releases.
  • Gather requirements with key stakeholders (Client, Sales, Operations and Management) to help define the vision and strategy of a potential feature for product.
  • Research and watch for industry and market trends for CMS.
  • Take full ownership of a product feature and help to define our CMS end-to-end.
  • Own, prioritize and communicate the short, medium and long-term release plan of the product to the other stakeholders.
  • Work with Project Managers and Business Analyst, supervising and verifying that the written user stories follow the guidelines of the Product Department analysis.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment throughout the process with progress reports.
  • Create product Marketing Briefing and help on communication strategy about products.
  • Work closely with the other Product Managers to understand overall system status.

Work Experience and Requirements

  • Information's and Technology Engineer Degree (Nice to have)
  • Experience in the Gambling industry is mandatory, especially in the operations side.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for CMS, or Casino Management Systems user.
  • Working with desktop, web and mobile applications.
  • Dynamic, out the box thinker, innovative, creative, visionary. We are looking for someone who follows the market, the current trends and provides insight to create the best products.
  • Solid organizational and communication skills.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish
  • Goal-oriented and team player.
