We're hiring a Senior Marketing Technology & Analytics Manager to own and evolve our end-to-end marketing measurement architecture.

This is not a campaign execution or basic tagging role.

It's a senior position for someone who has designed, fixed, and defended complex tracking and attribution systems across web, app, CRM and paid media.

What you'll do

  • Own the marketing & product measurement strategy (what we measure, how and why)
  • Design and govern tracking architecture across GA4, GTM, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Meta Pixel/CAPI and related tools.
  • Lead attribution logic, event schemas, QA standards, and data governance
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, and Finance to ensure trustworthy, decision-ready data.
  • Evaluate and optimize the MarTech stack (server-side tracking, automation, integrations)
  • Act as the technical foundation for a future Marketing Data team.

What this role is NOT

  • Not campaign setup
  • Not day-to-day tagging tickets
  • Not a junior/mid "hands-only" MarTech role

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years in Martech, analytics, and marketing data environments
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end tracking architectures
  • Strong technical judgment + business mindset
  • Comfortable leading decisions, not just implementations

Initial 90-day strategic engagement, with a clear path to full-time leadership.
