Responsabilidades
Execute and manage Continuous Reliability Testing (CRT) activities.
Lead the analysis of failures related to quality and testing issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure timely notification, follow-up, and resolution of problems in coordination with internal and Process Management (PM) teams.
Conduct and support process audits in the manufacturing and testing areas.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Plant Quality requirements at the Contract Manufacturer.
Act as the primary quality liaison between Plant Quality, Manufacturing, and PM (Sanmina).
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product quality and reliability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related field).
More than 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Reliability, or related roles.
Solid experience in PRC, Failure Analysis, and Process Audits.
Experience working with Contract Manufacturers.
Knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in electronics manufacturing environments.
Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives
