The Sr. IT Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operation, availability, security, and continuity of the organization's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and critical business systems.

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Work Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the IT area.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing infrastructure with second-level (N2) support.
  • Experience with operating systems and administration of Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience in networking and connectivity, including configuration of routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN concepts.
  • Knowledge of patch implementation, antivirus solutions, backup management, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Basic knowledge of managing SLAs and KPIs in IT service contracts.

Technical Skills:

  • User support and troubleshooting.
  • Project management.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and continuous learning.

Languages:

  • Advanced English, both written and spoken (essential).

Certification or diploma as a Network Administrator (desirable).

Knowledge of MCSA (Microsoft) and Cybersecurity.
