We currently have a vacancy for a SAP BI & Analytics Lead Architect

• Providing input and guidance on proposing, evaluating, and selecting appropriate design alternatives which meet requirements and are consistent with our current standards and processes
• Participating and leading in business requirements and design review sessions
• Designing, as well as providing consulting and oversight for the design of data model solutions
• Extracting, transforming and loading data into SAP Datasphere
• Developing, testing, debugging Datasphere data loads and reporting solutions
• Capturing and migrating transports across development and testing landscapes to production
• Developing documentation including but not limited to test scripts, health checks, etc.
• Mentoring and transferring knowledge to less experienced team members
• Lead and mentor the team by providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of data solutions while managing team performance and professional development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders during workshops to gather requirements and translate them into clear, detailed, and actionable functional specifications to guide the development process
• Assist with developing estimates and describing solutions during the proposal process
• Experience with root cause analysis in the context of production support responsibilities

Experience

• Minimum 7 years' experience developing Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytical Solutions
• 5+ years' experience utilizing SAP BW, Datasphere and SAP Analysis for office to implement complex analytical solutions which may access data from multiple sources
• Experience creating extract/transform/load processes from data sources including SAP S/4, SAP BW, MS SQL Server as well as other data sources
• Experience in project including S/4HANA with Datasphere/SAC landscape
• Solid experience developing complex data models
• Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud Planning

Development/Testing/Processes:

• Extract, transform and load data from multiple data sources into SAP Datasphere
• Design, build, test and debug Data Warehousing solutions based upon specified requirements
• Good understanding of implementation standards
• Understanding of best practices for deployment process
• Tune data loads and reporting for efficient performance

Skills:

• Developing effective Multi-dimensional data models
• Developing front end reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and Analysis for Office technology
• Utilizing ABAP, SQL and/or Python language to meet complex business requirements
• Well-developed analytical trouble-shooting skills

General:

• Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Good problem solving and testing skills
• Comfortable interfacing with end users
• Knowledgeable on SAP Finance process
