What will you do?

The Key User SAP is responsable for providing expert guidence and support across the SAP Material Management ( MM), Production Planning ( PP) and Warehouse Management ( WM) modules. The Key user os responsible for operating system focuses on perform best practices, process optimization and ensuring effective system utilization

• Collaborate with global SAP team to configurate andcustomize MM, PP and WM modules.
• Work closely with DSC team to support integration projects, interface issues and align SAP process with manufacturing executions.
• Ensure integration of SAP modules with external systems ( DCS) to amintain data consistency and operational efficiency .
• Act as a bridge between local business units ans SAP team to align system requirements and enhancements, according to the official established channels.
• Deliver and develop training material to users, focusing on deepening their understandind of module specific- functionalities.
• Maintain up- to -date training material, process documentation and job instructions to support.
• Support on conduct unit testing with WH team.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for training and operational support.
• Identify and propose propose process improvement for SAP modules to optimize supply chain process.
• Collaborate on cross- functional projects, includinf system upgrades, business contigency planning and annual inventory processes.
• 100% completion of module implementation withing project timelines.
• High user satisfaction rate with training and support.
• Ensure the 90% of the request of support are resolved within the defined service levelsa based on urgency.
• Low Prioriry: 3 to 4 days.
• Medium priority: 1 to 2 days.
• Urgent priority : 4 to 6 hours.

• 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Languages: English ( Advanced).
• Hardware & Software: SAP Modules ( Advanced).
• Technical Skills : Supply Chain , Power BI, Microsoft Office ( Intermediate).
• Problem- solving and analytical skills ( Advanced).
• Communication and teamwork ( Advanced).
