Your role at Clorox:

En Clorox estamos en búsqueda de nuestro Gerente Regional de Ventas que cuente con amplia experiencia comprobada en canal Tradicional (Mayoreo), capaz de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales que impulsen el crecimiento sostenible de nuestras marcas y categorías.

Este rol será clave para acelerar el crecimiento en volumen, valor y participación de mercado (Share), fortaleciendo nuestra presencia en clientes mayoristas (DECASA, Zorro Abarrotero, Garis etc) con responsabilidad de las areas Nielsen 4 y 5.

In this role, you will:

  • Definir e implementar estrategias comerciales para cumplir los objetivos de venta y distribución en el canal tradicional y cuentas regionales del canal moderno.

  • Establecer y dar seguimiento a KPI's que permitan identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en Áreas Nielsen 4 y 5.

  • Liderar al equipo de merchandising, asegurando una ejecución impecable en visibilidad, exhibiciones y actividades tácticas para maximizar distribución y rentabilidad.

  • Diseñar planes de inversión comercial (Reduced Revenue) alineados con oportunidades de mercado y prioridades de categoría.

  • Desarrollar y liderar equipos de alto desempeño, fomentando el crecimiento profesional y la colaboración con áreas clave de la compañía.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de cuotas de venta, cobranza y KPIs operativos, manteniendo una ejecución disciplinada y alineada con las políticas comerciales.

  • Analizar indicadores y liderar la planeación comercial mensual, trimestral y anual.

What we look for:

  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en ventas, con profundo conocimiento de Mayoreo y las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad (DECASA, Zorro Abarrotero, Garis).

  • Sólido entendimiento del mercado en Áreas Nielsen 4 y 5.

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Mercadotecnia o experiencia equivalente.

  • Deseable Inglés avanzado.

  • Negociación estratégica y manejo eficaz bajo presión.
  • Comunicación e influencia para construir relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.

  • Análisis financiero y gestión de P&L (ROI, márgenes, descuentos, gastos).

  • Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos con enfoque en resultados.

  • Trabajo colaborativo con múltiples áreas y niveles organizacionales.

  • Visión estratégica y conocimiento del mercado para capitalizar oportunidades por categoría.

  • Adaptabilidad y resiliencia ante la complejidad y la ambigüedad del entorno comercial.
