Retro vGames has been operating successfully for the past six years, with its main warehouse located in Pennsylvania, USA. We also operate:

• A repairing and testing facility in Barranquilla, Colombia
• A warehouse in Osaka, Japan

As part of our global growth strategy, we are now planning to expand our operations into Mexico.

Objective

Our primary objective is to formally enter the Mexican market by establishing a legal entity and setting up fully operational facilities. We are seeking a reliable and experienced professional or consultant who can support us end-to-end in this expansion process.

Expansion Plan

The selected individual will act as our local facilitator and coordinator in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. Their responsibility will not include day-to-day warehouse operations; instead, they will support Retro vGames by managing the setup process from a regulatory, legal, and infrastructure perspective.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

• Prepare and submit the federal permit request to create the Mexican legal entity under the Ministry of Foreign Relations (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores)
• Prepare and submit the request for the State Operations Permit from the Government of the State of Chihuahua
• Prepare and submit the request for the Ciudad Juárez local government permit to operate an industrial facility
• Prepare and submit the Sanitary License request under the Health and Safety Department to operate an industrial and commercial facility
• Prepare and obtain the registration of the Mexican entity with SAT (Mexican IRS) for tax and duty purposes
• Prepare and submit the request to obtain the IMMEX Program for the Mexican entity
  (optional, or continue operations under a Shelter Program)

In parallel, the role will also include:

• Identifying and sourcing a suitable warehouse in Ciudad Juárez that meets our space, zoning, and compliance requirements
• Coordinating with real estate agents, landlords, and local authorities to secure the facility
• Obtaining or facilitating all required approvals, permits, and registrations needed to legally operate a warehouse and testing/repair setup
• Advising whether it is more efficient to establish our own legal entity in Mexico or partner with a reliable Shelter company, and, if appropriate, assisting in identifying and onboarding the best Shelter service provider
• Managing the end-to-end legal entity establishment process in Ciudad Juárez, including coordination with lawyers, notaries, tax advisors, and government offices
• Supporting work permit and visa processes for any required foreign staff
• Acting as a single point of contact between Retro vGames and all local service providers until the setup phase is fully completed

The objective of this role is to remove operational and regulatory friction by ensuring that Retro vGames can enter Mexico legally, compliantly, and efficiently, with all infrastructure and approvals in place, ready for operations to begin.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with company registration and legal setup in Mexico
• Coordinate with local legal, tax, and compliance authorities
• Help identify and secure a suitable warehouse in Ciudad Juárez
• Provide guidance on local hiring, staffing, and operational setup
• Support cross-border logistics coordination between Juárez and El Paso
• Act as a local point of contact during the setup phase
• Strong understanding of Mexican business registration and legal processes
• Experience with warehouse setup, logistics, or operations
• Familiarity with Ciudad Juárez / El Paso cross-border operations
• Ability to manage vendors, real estate agents, and local authorities
• Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred)

Compensation

• Mexican Peso 25,000 (fixed salary)
• Scope may expand based on performance and long-term engagement
