We are looking for a Service Desk Agent Tier 2

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide support and technical assistance to users
  • Provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents

What requirements must I meet to join the team?

  • Advanced English level for written and verbal communication with internal and external customer
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • IOS / Windows troubleshooting
  • VPN Support

Monday to Friday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

On site, only in Hermosillo.
