Actividades

  • Implementación de Connected Worker Tools en las cervecerías de la región.
  • Responsable del desarrollo e implementación de "Deployments" relacionados con productos y/o con casos de uso específicos.
  • Responsable de planear y ejecutar pruebas de integración y de user acceptance.
  • Responsable de la resolución de cualquier problema durante la fase de instalación y activación de las implementaciones hechas.
  • Asegurar la instalación y activación en tiempo y forma de modo que se respete el presupuesto destinado a los proyectos.
  • Liderear el proceso de Change Management para el uso y adopción de las nuevas herramientas implementadas en las Cervecerías.
  • Gestionar la comunicación efectiva con stakeholders globales, regionales y locales: D&T, Digital, LT de las Cervecerías y Product Owners del equipo de Global.
  • Responsable de la gestión de las interacciones entre los diferentes equipos involucrados.
  • Recopilación de información sobre los proyectos de necesidades/requerimientos por parte de las Cervecerías.

Requisitos

  • Educación: carrera universitaria finalizada. Preferente ingeniería.
  • Experiencia: 4-5 años en roles de mejora continua, transformación digital 4.0 o afín.
  • Dominio de metodologías de mejora continua como TPM.
  • Inglés conversacional avanzado.
  • Facilidad de comunicación con diferentes áreas del negocio, establecimiento de estándares y alta adaptación a nuevas herramientas.
