The CI Team Lead plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of process engineering / industrial engineering, manufacturing services, facilitating efficient operations across the organization.
Position Summary
Reporting to our Manufacturing Engineering &CI Manager, you will ensure Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through analysis and strategic planning. Develop the culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Main Responsibilities

• Reach productivity goals through projects development and management focused on actual priorities.
• Provide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking Indicators.
• Lead on Continuous Improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC.
• Manage the Ideas System and deploy communication for spreading the culture.
• Support Leader and individuals of HPTs. Work on the projects for monthly deliverables.
• Define and set clear goals for tracking progress con CI.
• Coordinate and communicate the recognition system and keep nurturing to grow and development.
• Cultural and for promoting Kaizens, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and strategies oriented to Operational Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experiencie in continues improvement area.
• Lean knowledge (Green Belt Certified).
• Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience providing Lean training in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Coach.
• Advanced English.
• Peers and lead teams.
• SAP experience.
• Demonstrated experiencie and project management skills.
