Functional Consultant – HCM Cloud

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Open / Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant – HCM Cloud to support and lead Oracle SaaS Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise in HCM modules, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and technical teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Functional Consultant and/or Functional Lead across Oracle Cloud tracks such as Financials, Procurement, PPM, OM, or HCM Cloud
  • Prepare and review functional requirements for implementations and enhancements
  • Work extensively with HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Communicate clearly with clients and functional leads to analyze requirements and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve functional and system issues
  • Prepare and maintain Oracle TAR documentation as required
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking issues through resolution
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle AIM templates and implementation methodology
  • Support end-to-end Oracle SaaS Cloud business processes
  • Work independently, drive tasks to completion, and assist the team in resolving issues

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud projects
  • Minimum of 2 implementation and support project experiences
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Exposure to at least one Oracle Cloud track: Financials, Procurement, PPM, OM, or HCM
  • Functional knowledge with some understanding of the technical side
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100, $120,000.00 per month
