**HCM Cloud Functional Lead**ArganoNorthPointGroup is seeking passionate, motivated people to join our Latam Oracle Cloud team. We are looking for people with an innovative spirit and those who want to deliver extraordinary service to their clients.**Work you will do with NorthPoint Group**:- Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems- Develop Security and Validation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Support clients with the execution of test scripts- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HM Cloud projects- Lead migration of configuration to Production for Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud projects- Manage support team and clients’ activities.- Manage scope and client expectations.- Assist client create a comprehensive roadmap for their Oracle Cloud strategy.- Assist existing client with production enhancement and issue resolution.- Troubleshoot issues.- Propose a best practice solution to resolve challenges.- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them, through process or design.- Participate in internal forums for training, teamwork, issue resolution and innovative design.- Work together with the US COE**Base Qualifications**:- Module specific experience in one of the following modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Time and Absence. Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets will be considered (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.)- 5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.- Prior experience leading HCM implementations/ upgrades- Languages- Spanish- English - High (mandatory)- Ability to work on all project phases: Project & Support.- Demonstrated experience in understanding of business practice concepts in your module of expertise.- Track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clients- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.- Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or industry experience- Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose.- Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and support teams.- Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.**Bonus Qualifications**:- Oracle certified in your module of expertise- Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters
