Buscamos un Database Administrator (DBA) de infraestructura, responsable de instalar, configurar, operar y mantener el motor de base de datos y sus componentes base. Este rol no es de desarrollo, sino de infraestructura de BD: la persona debe dominar los componentes base que garantizan la estabilidad, integridad, disponibilidad y recuperación de la base de datos.
El DBA deberá interactuar con el Sistema Operativo para ejecutar tareas técnicas, sin ser administrador del servidor.

  • Ubicación: Monterrey, Nuevo León.
  • Esquema: Híbrido.
  • Salario: $35,000 MXN brutos mensuales.
  • Prestaciones: De ley y superiores.
Responsabilidades principalesInstalación y configuración del producto
  • Instalación completa del motor/servicio de base de datos.
  • Configuración inicial del producto, instancias y componentes asociados.
  • Validación del entorno y operatividad del motor.
Parametrización y administración de la Base de Datos
  • Configuración de parámetros del motor (memoria, almacenamiento, conexiones, performance).
  • Ajustes de desempeño y optimización a nivel motor de BD.
  • Mantenimiento de la integridad y disponibilidad de la BD.
Respaldos y esquemas de respaldo
  • Configuración de respaldos completos, diferenciales e incrementales de la base de datos, incluyendo:
    • Datos
    • Estructuras
    • Metadatos
    • Índices
    • Esquemas y referencias
  • Definición y mantenimiento de estrategias de recuperación (RTO/RPO).
  • Pruebas y validación de restauración.
Revisión y análisis de logs
  • Revisión de logs y transaction logs para identificar errores y eventos críticos.
  • Ejecución de acciones de corrección y prevención.
  • Monitoreo continuo de alertas del motor.
Interacción con el Sistema Operativo
  • Ejecución de tareas necesarias en SO (Linux/Windows) para operación del motor.
  • Manejo de permisos, procesos, servicios, rutas y recursos del sistema.
  • Sin responsabilidad de administrar servidores ni redes.
Requisitos del perfil
  • Experiencia máximo 3 -4 años comprobable como DBA de infraestructura.
  • Dominio de instalación y configuración del motor de base de datos.
  • Conocimiento sólido en parametrización del motor.
  • Experiencia real configurando estrategias de respaldo y recuperación.
  • Manejo de logs y transaction logs.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas operativos orientado a tareas de base de datos.
