Objective:
Responsible for executing, through detailed follow-up and inter-departmental collaboration, the positioning of Mercedes-Benz cars in the pre-owned segment; implementing workplans and delivering milestones to acquire and retain customers, while coordinating actions to ensure the sales plan is on track.
Day to day (main tasks):
- Ensure the execution and continuous updating of the CPO Plan (Certified Pre-Owned), fostering effective collaboration between departments and agents, proactive follow-up, and clear executive communication.
- Track and evaluate CPO sales volume and financial penetration plan results.
- Support Sales Area Managers in the development of the CPO channel.
- Provide market data and insights about the pre-owned segment as input for the Residual Value and Commercial Committees.
Profile:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business. - Previous experience:
3 years of experience in the automotive industry, logistics, remarketing, and fleet management.. - Languages
: Advanced English
Location: CDMX (Santa Fe)
Local contract applies.
