JEFE DE MANTENIMIENTO MULTI-CEDIS

Esta persona será responsable de implementar y liderar la estrategia regional de mantenimiento en siete CEDIS (según la región), garantizando la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de los equipos e instalaciones.

Asegura la ejecución técnica y operativa del mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo, con enfoque en eficiencia, liderará la migración de ERP al nuevo software especializado, cumplimiento normativo, seguridad industrial y calidad operativa.

REQUISITOS:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica o afín.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en mantenimiento industrial, en posiciones de liderazgo regional o corporativo.
  • Experiencia sólida en sistemas de refrigeración industrial con amoniaco.
  • Enfoque estratégico y operativo, capaz de dirigir equipos multidisciplinarios y coordinar mantenimiento en múltiples sitios (multi-CEDIS).
  • Orientado a resultados, con capacidad analítica y visión de mejora continua.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestión de mantenimiento integral: preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en refrigeración con amoniaco (indispensable).
  • Administración de utilities y facilities: Equipos Rodantes y Sistemas de Refrigeración
  • Implementación y gestión de software de mantenimiento.
  • Análisis de indicadores clave (KPI): MTBF, MTTR, % cumplimiento de mantenimiento, número de averías, disponibilidad de equipos, control de gasto de mantenimiento.
  • Elaboración, control y análisis de presupuestos de mantenimiento regionales.
  • Implementación de metodologías TPM, WCM, Lean Manufacturing y 5S.
  • Diseño e implementación de programas de capacitación técnica.
