About The Job
The Finance Assistant will provide finance support services to the VG (Mexico) operations and coordinate duties across the organization.

  • Creation of purchase orders.
  • Generalist Accounting Analyst responsible for petty cash administrative control.
  • Completion of administrative banking documentation for the implementation of processes.
  • Safeguarding and managing the filing system.
  • Filing compliance notices before the SAT and INEG.
  • Account reconciliation.
  • Semiannual inventories.

About You
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree (Finance or Accounting)
  • 1 year of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  • English level medium in spoken and written.
