Therefore, if you want to join a company with career opportunities and professional growth, we invite you to join the IMile family as a Assistant Administrative.**Responsibilities**:Asset Management:- Manage the company's inventory of laptops and cell phones.- Assign and reassign assets to employees as needed- Track assets and ensure they are in good condition- Coordinate the repair and replacement of damaged or defective assetsBusiness Travel Management:- Coordinate and book business travel for employees, including flights, hotels, and car rentals- Ensure that all travel is authorized and complies with company policies- Manage travel expenses and ensure that they are reimbursed in accordance with company policies- Provide assistance and support to employees during their travels.Other Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assets and travel.- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure that assets and travel are managed efficiently**Skills and qualifications**:Proficient in English (C1 level or higher) with strong communication skills.University graduate with strong data analysis skills.Previous experience 2 yearsIf you are interested and fit the profile, DON'T HESITATE TO APPLY
