As a Quality Lab Specialist in our North American Power Grid – Transformer (PGTR) organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Support flawless product launches through APQP processes.
- Select and manage gages for incoming, lab, and process needs.
- Maintain and update documented lab scope per customer requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external calibration of all measuring and test equipment.
- Validate equipment and gages using defined calibration intervals.
- Train lab technicians on proper use of calibration devices.
- Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Audit external labs to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Metrology (CMM experience is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Calibration (Torque, pressure, leak testing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and GD&T.
- Proficient in advanced inspection, testing, and MSA.
- Skilled in problem solving and quality core tools.
