How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop and maintain estimating programs for diverse projects.
- Analyze specifications, drawings, and historical data to calculate costs.
- Prepare estimates aligned with work breakdown structures and codes of accounts.
- Collaborate with planning and scheduling teams to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor project costs and produce preliminary cost curves for client updates.
- Evaluate scope changes, contract values, and cost trend impacts.
- Coach and review work of junior professionals to ensure quality.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project cost estimation or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of estimating tools and financial principles.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Skilled in cost analysis, forecasting, and risk evaluation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
