Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee legal compliance/requirements and maintain contact with external, corporate dependencies in matters of health, safety and environment. (Freudenberg/Vibracoustic).
  • Implement, maintain and improve the system of Healt Management,
  • Safety and Environmental.
  • Promote health, safety and environmental in the plant.
  • Coordinates the development of the HSE Management revision per its requirements.
  • Report the main indicators of the area.
  • Participates and coordinates compliance of the training to staff on topics to healt, safety,environment and answer to emergency´s, in conjunction with Human Resources.
  •   Evaluating and recommending external training courses for the development of HSE skills and HSE knowledge.
  • Administration control parameters Plant Wastewater Treatment and take immediate action in case of deviation with support of Maintenance.
  •     Participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, unsafe conditions and HRP (high risk potential) and enviorment issues with the different areas involved and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of the measures.
Qualifications:

Environmental Technician, Industrial Engineering / Environmental or related fields.

3 years experience in position similar, referent to automotiv.

Legal requirements and procedures for legal compliance.

ISO 14001.
