Within this mission, the Strategic Planning & Analysis (SP&A) team plays a critical role: guiding decision-making, aligning teams on strategic priorities, and helping the company achieve its goals with financial discipline and data-driven insights.

We are looking for an Analyst to join the SP&A team and drive our financial roadmap forward. Your success will be defined by how well you understand the business model, how precisely you define actionable input metrics, and how relentlessly you guide the team to results.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Shape Strategy and Drive Impact

  • Build a deep understanding of Rappi's business model, user behaviors, and financial dynamics.

  • Translate data into clear business insights that inform strategic decisions across teams.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define key performance metrics and track progress against company goals.

Own Performance Tracking and Forecasting

  • Design and maintain dashboards, models, and performance tracking systems to monitor business health.

  • Analyze trends, identify gaps, and proactively propose action plans to improve efficiency and growth.

  • Support planning cycles (annual, quarterly, monthly), ensuring data-driven forecasting and accountability.

Optimize Resource Allocation and Decision-Making

  • Support budget planning and investment frameworks to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

  • Evaluate ROI of strategic initiatives and support decision-making with robust analysis and storytelling.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Operations, and Marketing to align priorities and execute growth plans.

Unlock Growth through Insight

  • Identify key growth levers and untapped opportunities through data.

  • Build business cases for new initiatives and partner with teams to execute them.

  • Continuously challenge the status quo — find smarter, faster, better ways to operate.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or FP&A teams at tech companies.

  • Strong analytical and business judgment skills.

  • Proven ability to manage performance tracking, forecast models, and resource allocation frameworks.

  • Experience with SQL or data tools is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn insights into action.

  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) Portuguese a plus.
