Sales Planning & Operations Manager
Regional Setup: LCB | Building Block: Sales Support (LCB)
Purpose:
The Sales Planning & Operations Manager at the LCB level serves as a trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner
to the LCB head and LCB management and drives strategy execution of global/ zone strategies within the local
market. This role implements and steers change management initiatives, orchestrates business transformation
programs, and ensures organizational readiness through strong cross-functional alignment. Leading the LCB Sales
Operations (IC) and Sales Planning (IC), the role ensures data transparency, compliance with governance models,
and sales operational excellence within the LCB.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Execution & Change Management
- Translates global and zone-level strategies into actionable local execution plans
- Leads and steers the implementation of strategic change management initiatives and transformation programs
within the LCB
- Drives business readiness and supports organizational design efforts aligned with segmentation, GTM
planning, and new tool adoption
- Coordinates local adaptation of operating models and ensures consistent application of strategic frameworks
2. Operational Leadership & Governance
- Leads sales operations governance including reporting, data quality, and process adherence
- Ensures POS data transparency and accurate maintenance of all sales-related systems
- Supports local rollout and adoption of CRM systems and digital tooling
- Monitors KPIs to track performance and supports compliance with operational excellence standards
3. Advisor to LCB Leadership
- Acts as a sparring partner and trusted advisor to the LCB Head and LCB leadership team, advising on
transformation topics and market-specific strategy execution
- Shapes local priorities in alignment with Zone/Global direction and drives strategic clarity at LCB leadership
level
- Provides insights on feasibility, change impact, and execution risk of proposed initiatives
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinates across functions such as Sales, Finance and Marketing to drive integrated execution
- Ensures alignment between LCB and Zone teams for planning, performance management, and transformation
programs
- Leads implementation alignment across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Leverages shared best practices and contributes to knowledge transfer across the LCB network.
5. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, develop, and manage the LCB operations team
- Set clear responsibilities and expectations for team members
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning for the team
- Foster a high-performance culture, ensuring continuous learning and development within the team
