To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Quote Engineering Analyst located in Juarez, South Site.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct, role involves engineering expert on process, product and strategy complexity on operations preferential on plastics and metals processes, interested to join our Regional Quote Team is to increase Profitable Revenue Growth in all Business Groups and Segments and to create value for our customers by working with other teams to consistently provide professional and competitive quotes in support of our strategic business initiatives and to continuously improve our tools and processes in support of our mission, products and current prices. What a typical day looks like:

• Preparation and generation of quotes, according to the complexity of a process or product and the client's strategist.

• Calculate resources (HC, Equipment, space) for the manufacture of a product.

• Collaborate with different technical teams to support the required resources (operators, technicians, supervisors, equipment, tools, manufacturing and warehouse areas) for the manufacturing of the projects to be quoted, define and feed the costing model with the defined technical data, determine the resources in the manufacture of the projects to be quoted, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the client, project and in accordance with the company's guidelines.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.

• Fluent English oral and written.

• Knowledge in tooling and peripherals of equipment in the Metal-mechanical industry.

• Previous experience in PCBA manufacturing and integration.

• High knowledge in the manufacturing process, cost estimates, assimilation and suggestions of equipment, machinery to occupy. Wide spectrum in the industry, able to estimate the time to do a task, the equipment and the tools and restrictions.

• Knowledge in Project Management, Leading Projects (Experience in project management).

• Strong knowledge making estimates of the requirements of a product and its launch.

• Strong knowledge in NPI (introduction of new products) and / or transfers.

• Engineering experience: Processes, product, testing, industrial.

• Leadership skills.

• Management of Excel & Office tools.

• Product knowledge, BOM's, (structures), CAPEX.

• Experience in PCBA level testing and assembly.

• Cost estimate by NREs (Non-Recurrent Expenses) (tooling / fixtures), launch.

• Time management.

• Assertive communication skills, abstract, conceptual and holistic thinking.

• Planning Capacity.

• Negotiation skills.

• Emotional Intelligence.

• Knowledge in the automotive industry is also a plus.
