Your Key ResponsibilitiesGain hands-on experience and understand different operational functions in one designated department.Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data and creating presentations.Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization and scheduling.Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internshipClosely colaborate with PMOffice applying project management methods and techniquesSupport shared services governance by maintaining the strategic plan, key milestones and coordination of workstreams.Manage document control versioning, templates and audit-ready records.Track adherence to PMO standards and SLAs, dealing with all external and internal suppliers Your Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to think outside the box. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Customer Service Teamwork Advanced EnglishAdvanced problem solving tools and statistical data analytics (desirable)
