Estamos buscando un Backend AI Engineer Jr con conocimientos sólidos en Python, interés real en IA aplicada (LLMs, chatbots) y habilidades básicas de fullstack para desarrollar herramientas internas y flujos inteligentes. No buscamos un perfil senior.

Buscamos alguien curioso, autodidacta, con proyectos previos (académicos, personales o laborales) y muchas ganas de crecer en IA, datos y automatización. Trabajarás de la mano con el área de Datos, Customer y MKT para apoyar en la implementación de dashboards, integraciones y consumo de datos vía APIs.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar endpoints y microservicios en Python (FastAPI o Flask).
  • Integrar modelos LLM mediante APIs (OpenAI, Groq, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Desarrollar y mantener chatbots básicos para automatizar tareas internas.
  • Implementar flujos simples de prompting y manejo de contexto.
  • Crear scripts de automatización y limpieza de datos.
  • Apoyar a Data en la creación de APIs, integraciones y preparación de datos para dashboards.
  • Desarrollar herramientas internas con React + Typescript (nivel básico).
  • Participar en despliegues básicos en AWS (con supervisión del equipo).
  • Documentar procesos y mantener buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

Requisitos (Indispensables)

  • 1–2 años de experiencia en desarrollo Python backend (laboral o prácticas).
  • Conocimientos de FastAPI o Flask (proyectos personales o trabajo real).
  • Haber integrado al menos un modelo LLM vía API (OpenAI u otros).
  • Conocimientos básicos de chatbots o automatización conversacional.
  • SQL a nivel junior (consultas, joins básicos).
  • Conocimientos básicos de React + Typescript.
  • Conocimientos básicos de AWS (deploy simple) o muchas ganas de aprender.
  • Manejo de Git.
  • Gusto por IA y aprendizaje rápido.
