To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a
Business Systems Analyst
located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
The Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for post-deployment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical coordination of factory operation solutions in production environment.
What a typical day looks like:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ARCH applications in production.
• Monitor and resolve tickets through the Standard SNC model.
• Determine whether issues can be resolved via configuration changes or require deeper code fixes.
• Physical and technical support for the main elements of the IT services.
• Coordinate with vendors and communicate updates to internal teams.
• Investigate production logs, error traces, and user-reported symptoms
• Compile RCA reports and recommend preventive measures
• Document findings, FAQs, and guides for future reference.
• Feed defect trends and usability concerns back to Solution Managers and Solution Architects to shape future releases.
• Support pilot deployments at 1–4 sites, including configuration, migration, testing and training of Manufacturing & Quality based applications.
• Conduct end-to-end test runs & Integration tests for the sprint releases to validate the systems prior deployment
• Create deployment playbooks explaining step-by-step instructions to be considered as pre-deployment & deployment activities.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Flexible availability for working hours.
• 3+ years in a technical support role, providing hands-on assistance and problem resolution.
• Previous experience working with troubleshooting & problem solving with Hardware / Software & connectivity.
• ITIL Foundation Certification (nice to have)
• Strong knowledge at technical writing.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
