Responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Commercial Procurement Manager PMF to lead the Commercial Procurement category for PMF, ensuring the strategic and efficient management of the area's key sub‑categories.
Your Impact
As a Commercial Procurement Manager PMF, you will be responsible for leading:
- Category Strategy: Define and execute the comprehensive Commercial Procurement strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive, sustainable, and long‑term conditions.
- Implementation in the OU: Ensure proper execution of initiatives within the corresponding organizational unit.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the evolution of the category through digitalization processes and the use of technological tools.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations across all operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Leadership: Guide the team toward achieving strategic objectives, promoting excellence and commitment.
- Team Development: Encourage professional growth, continuous training, and talent development within the area.

You will be expected to drive efficiency, innovation, and goal achievement in each of these areas, generating business value and strengthening collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Commercial Purchasing, or Marketing Procurement.
- 2+ years of specific experience in the Commercial category.
- Proven track record managing categories such as POS, promotional materials, corporate events, BTL, promotional logistics, A&M media, sponsorships, and creative agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.
- Strong skills in negotiation, networking, strategy, digitalization, planning, and operations.
- Knowledge of external market trends relevant to the category.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving digital transformation or regional standardization projects.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in category strategy and Supplier Performance Management (SPM).
- Proficiency with digital procurement tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
- Strong data analysis skills (Power BI, advanced Excel).
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Soft Skills:
- Strategic leadership and influence.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Results orientation and problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability and a vision for digital transformation.
