We're looking for a
solid, dependable case manager
who knows how to handle personal injury cases in California from start to finish. This is for someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged, knows how to keep cases moving, and communicates well with clients. Apply

What You'll Be Doing

  • Writing and Sending Demands
    : You need to know how to put together and send demand letters for California PI cases—clean, complete, and on time.
  • Negotiating Settlements
    : You should be comfortable talking to adjusters, pushing back when needed, and getting cases settled.
  • Client Communication
    : Clients should never feel like they're in the dark. You'll be the main point of contact—checking in, explaining things, and making sure they're taken care of.
  • Managing the Whole Case
    : From intake to closing, you'll run the file. That includes treatment tracking, dealing with adjusters, and getting everything ready for settlement.
  • Insurance and Medical Issues:
    Fix problems like no coverage, Prop 213, or disputed liability. Request records and bills, deal with treatment plans, and follow up with providers and insurance companies.

Other Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Pull police reports, request recorded statements, and keep Filevine and Google Sheets up to date.
  • Handle health insurance subro, liens, and reimbursement issues.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

  • Experience with workers' comp cases.
  • Familiarity with property damage handling.

  • You don't need someone constantly checking in—you get things done and keep your files clean.
  • You're organized, good with people, and don't miss deadlines.
  • You're comfortable with systems like Filevine or Google Sheets, or you're a fast learner.
