Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Manager, based in Mexico City, Mexico. The role involves overseeing aftersales service operations to ensure customer satisfaction, managing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and driving continuous improvement in aftersales support. Additionally, the Aftersales Manager will collaborate closely with the sales and service teams, analyze aftersales data, and develop strategies to enhance performance and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Aftersales operations
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to address and resolve client concerns
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Experience in Sales and a track record of building long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with packaging machinery and related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is highly beneficial
