Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to meet company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Manage resources, budgets, and production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
