Application Support/Java Development

HARD SKILLS

  • 4 years of experience in application support (Level 1/Level 2) in critical production environments
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular (V10+)
  • Proficiency in log analysis (JSON, Stack Traces, event correlation)
  • Experience with Kibana, OpenShift (deployments), Urbancode Deploy (Udeploy), and Dynatrace
  • Technical communication with Murex and GBO systems (messaging, queues, and interfaces)
  • Basic functional knowledge of treasury and foreign exchange products (FX, basic derivatives)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kamban) in real-world environments
  • English B2/C1 (technical reading, documentation, interaction with global teams)

SOFT SKILLS

  • Initiative and mental agility: ability to analyze complex problems, propose viable solutions, and move forward without constant supervision.
  • Results-oriented. Ability to overcome technical obstacles by researching and escalating when necessary, without being paralyzed by uncertainty.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders. Experience working with users and both technical and non-technical teams, translating needs into clear, business-aligned solutions.
  • Intelligent collaboration. Knowing how and when to request support, always prioritizing value delivery.
