Project Manager SAP S4 (2 años)
para integrarse a nuestro equipo y apoyar implementaciones SAP con foco en seguimiento, coordinación y entrega.

Tu misión en el rol

Apoyar la
gestión integral
del proyecto de implementación SAP, asegurando seguimiento diario a compromisos, avance de entregables, control de riesgos/issues y comunicación efectiva entre equipos (cliente + consultores funcionales/técnicos).

Responsabilidades

  • Dar seguimiento a
    cronograma, hitos, dependencias y entregables
    .
  • Elaborar
    minutas
    , controlar acuerdos y "action items" (responsables/fechas).
  • Consolidar
    reporte de estatus
    (semanal): semáforo, avances, riesgos, issues y próximos pasos.
  • Administrar y actualizar
    Issue Log / Risk Log / Change Log
    .
  • Coordinar reuniones de proyecto (seguimiento, workshops, UAT, cutover, etc.).
  • Apoyar actividades de
    pruebas (SIT/UAT)
    , preparación de usuarios y soporte a go-live (según plan).
  • Mantener orden documental en repositorios del proyecto (Teams/SharePoint/Drive).

Requisitos (Indispensables)

  • 2 años
    de experiencia (incluye prácticas/proyectos relevantes) en
    gestión/seguimiento de proyectos
    TI/ERP.
  • Excel/Sheets (tablas, control, seguimiento) y PowerPoint/Slides (reportes ejecutivos).
  • Comunicación clara, organización, atención al detalle y sentido de urgencia.
  • Disponibilidad para esquema
    híbrido
    en
    Ciudad Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua
    .

Deseables (Plus)

  • Exposición a proyectos
    SAP (S/4HANA o ECC)
    o ambientes ERP.
  • Conocimientos básicos de
    PMI/PMBOK
    o
    Agile/Scrum
    .
  • Herramientas de gestión:
    Jira, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet
    (o similares).
