Horario:
Lunes a viernes de 9:00 AM a 5:00 PM (Weekends Off)

(Enfoque Técnico/Arquitectónico)
. Buscamos un Gerente de Proyecto de Back Office con una sólida formación en arquitectura para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este puesto respalda la coordinación técnica de proyectos de arquitectura para el sector minorista y garantiza la correcta ejecución de todas las operaciones de back office durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.

Responsabilidades principales

• Supervisar y coordinar las operaciones administrativas relacionadas con proyectos de arquitectura minorista, garantizando la eficiencia, la precisión y el cumplimiento de los estándares del proyecto.
• Gestionar y organizar la documentación técnica, los dibujos, los permisos, las especificaciones y otros archivos relacionados con el proyecto.
• Apoyar la preparación, la revisión y el control de calidad de los entregables arquitectónicos (archivos de AutoCAD, diseños, modelos BIM, paquetes técnicos).
• Actuar como enlace clave entre equipos internos, consultores externos, proveedores y terceros, garantizando una comunicación clara y la entrega oportuna de los requisitos.
• Supervisar y monitorear a los socios externos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, los estándares de calidad y las expectativas del proyecto.
• Identificar ineficiencias en los flujos de trabajo, proponer mejoras y contribuir a la optimización de los procesos del proyecto.
• Realizar un seguimiento de los gastos del proyecto y respaldar el monitoreo del presupuesto para garantizar la alineación con los objetivos financieros.
• Brindar soporte técnico al equipo de Gestión de proyectos en tareas como el seguimiento del sitio, la verificación de materiales y la coordinación con los equipos de administración de la construcción.
• Garantizar un soporte administrativo constante para múltiples proyectos minoristas simultáneamente, manteniendo la precisión y el profesionalismo.

Cualificaciones requeridas

• Título en Arquitectura (obligatorio).
• Más de 2 años de experiencia como arquitecto, preferiblemente en el sector minorista (tiendas, boutiques, lanzamientos, reformas, acondicionamientos, etc.).
• Sólidos conocimientos técnicos, especialmente en:
• AutoCAD
• Dibujo CAD
• BIM/Revit (preferible)
• Sólidos conocimientos de detalles arquitectónicos, requisitos de diseño de tiendas minoristas y documentación de construcción.
• Sólidas habilidades organizativas con la capacidad de gestionar múltiples proyectos y archivos simultáneamente.
• Buen dominio del idioma inglés (hablado y escrito).
