We are expanding our team and seeking qualified bilingual professionals for roles in call center operations, solar sales, and appointment setting. Ideal candidates will have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or closing, and come from industries such as real estate, roofing, home improvement, or solar.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers to introduce the benefits of solar energy.
  • Generate and schedule high-quality appointments for our solar specialists.
  • Maintain a high volume of calls while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Effectively communicate the value of solar solutions, address objections, and build rapport with homeowners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and maintain customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum two years of experience in telemarketing, call center sales, or appointment setting.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a competitive sales role.
