Seguimiento y coordinacion de desarrollo de proyectos con equipo interno y proveedores externos
Soporte en evaluacion, calificacion y aprobacion (TRB o FCCR) de cambios desarrollados en equipo, sistemas y procesos
Escalacion de problemas que detengan, retrasen o pongan en riesgo el desarrollo de los proyectos
Reportar y presentar periodicamente el avance de los proyectos a Stakeholders
