Join Our Security Operations Support Team

Are you someone who stays sharp at night, thrives in a fast paced environment, and enjoys being the key link between people and solutions? We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Night Dispatcher to join our growing security operations team.

As a Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for client calls and a critical part of coordinating our on-site security officers. Your role helps ensure properties remain safe, guards stay accountable, and operations run smoothly throughout the night.

Shift Details

  • Full-Time Position
  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Consistent schedule

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and accurately document details
  • Dispatch security officers for routine patrols, client requests, and emergency situations
  • Monitor guard activity using GPS tracking and dispatch software
  • Confirm officers are on site and completing assigned duties
  • Communicate clearly with guards, supervisors, and clients via phone, radio, and messaging
  • Assist with resolving service issues and escalating concerns when needed
  • Maintain detailed logs of calls, incidents, reports, and coverage
  • Stay organized, alert, and professional in a fast moving night environment

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in dispatch, call center, or fast paced customer service (preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English skills (required)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Calm, professional, and dependable under pressure
  • Organized, detail oriented, and a strong team player
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
