Customer Retention & Sales Representative (On-Site)

Location:

Hermosillo, Sonora

Schedule:

Fixed schedule: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Compensation:

4K base salary + 1K bonus + commissions

Earnings based on performance and quality metrics

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Retention & Sales Representative to join us. This role focuses on retaining customers while identifying sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position suited for professionals who are comfortable working with goals, KPIs, and customer objections.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound customer interactions according to campaign guidelines
  • Retain customers by addressing concerns and clearly explaining service benefits
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Manage customer objections professionally and effectively
  • Meet performance metrics related to retention, sales, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer service, retention, or sales experience preferred
  • Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and frequent feedback
  • Willingness to work on-site with a fixed schedule
  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred
