About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative student interested in digital marketing, content creation, design, and social media, with exposure to artificial intelligence tools, to join us as a Digital Marketing Intern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proposing new ideas, experimenting with different formats, and bringing fresh perspectives to digital channels.
The intern will support the Marketing team by creating and coordinating engaging social media content, contributing to the firm's visual and communication strategy, and helping strengthen Seale & Associates' digital presence. This position offers hands-on exposure to content development, branding, and digital storytelling within a professional services environment.
About your tasks and responsibilities:

Create, design, and coordinate engaging content for social media platforms.

Support the development and execution of the firm's social media strategy.

Propose new content ideas, formats, and creative initiatives to strengthen digital presence.

Assist with visual design for posts, presentations, and digital materials.

Use artificial intelligence tools to support content creation, editing, and optimization.

Monitor and track social media performance metrics and help prepare basic reports.

Support brand consistency across all digital and communication channels.
Requirements:

The candidate should be enrolled in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication programs, with at least one year remaining until graduation.

Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge working with design tools such as Canva or Illustrator.

Strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

Proactive and eager to learn.
