Role Description
This is a contract role for a Real Estate Agent. The position is a hybrid role, located in Puerto Vallarta, JAL, or Riviera Nayarit, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling real property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and employing sales techniques to meet clients' needs. Daily tasks include showing properties, negotiating contracts, and facilitating smooth transactions for clients.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate, including Sales and Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Knowledge of the Puerto Vallarta real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
