El objetivo del Manager es apoyar directamente al Director de Corporate Development en la gestión y ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas, incluyendo análisis de oportunidades de M&A, preparación de materiales para inversionistas y el Board, evaluación de nuevos negocios y coordinación de proyectos clave transversales. Será un rol altamente dinámico y con exposición directa a la alta dirección, diseñado para acelerar la ejecución, asegurar consistencia en el seguimiento de prioridades y contribuir activamente a la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la compañía.

Job Description:

Apoyar en la ejecución de iniciativas de M&A, incluyendo identificación de targets, análisis

financieros, coordinación de procesos de due diligence, elaboración de modelos y presentación de

recomendaciones al equipo directivo.

2. Desarrollar análisis estratégicos y de mercado para evaluar nuevas oportunidades de negocio,

asociaciones comerciales y expansión geográfica.

3. Preparar materiales ejecutivos para el CEO, el Board, inversionistas y socios estratégicos, incluyendo presentaciones, reportes de desempeño y documentos de decisión.

4. Dar seguimiento a los planes estratégicos de la empresa, asegurando coordinación entre áreas, claridad en responsabilidades y cumplimiento de hitos clave.

5. Apoyar en la relación con inversionistas y stakeholders externos, incluyendo preparación de

información relevante, respuesta a solicitudes y análisis ad hoc.

6. Liderar proyectos transversales clave, actuando como brazo extendido del Director de Corporate Development y del CEO para garantizar la ejecución efectiva de prioridades estratégicas.

7. Proponer mejoras en procesos internos, estructuras de reporte y mecanismos de gobernanza para facilitar la toma de decisiones informada y ágil.

8. Realizar análisis financieros y operativos que respalden decisiones estratégicas, comerciales y de inversión.
