About the Opportunity

Join the Food & Beverage Restaurant Department onboard a world-class cruise ship and be part of a high-energy, professional, guest-focused team delivering exceptional dining experiences at sea.

Our restaurant operations combine fine dining service standards with international hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities(depending on the role)
  • Deliver outstanding table service following brand standards
  • Maintain full knowledge of menus, specials, allergens & recommendations
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through warm, attentive, professional service
  • Support daily restaurant operations: setup, breakdown & cleanliness
  • Assist with buffet service, beverage service, and guest requests
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant flow
  • Follow all safety, sanitation & USPH protocols
  • Maintain professional grooming and onboard etiquette at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Required Before Interview
  • English CV in Harvard format (PDF)
  • Professional photo
  • Official work reference (minimum one)
  • Valid passport (or proof you're applying for one)
Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of recent restaurant or hotel experience

Strong knowledge of service standards (casual, premium or fine dining)

English communication level: intermediate to advanced

Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments

Excellent guest service, teamwork, and professional attitude

Willingness to live and work onboard for 6–8 months contracts

Strong discipline, punctuality, and adaptability

Preferred Skills
  • Wine & beverage knowledge
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Fine dining or luxury hotel background
  • Upselling techniques
  • Previous cruise experience (optional but a plus)
