Working hours : 8 AM to 5 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.

    • Integrate mobile apps with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP, Apex, Lightning Web Components).

    • Translate UX wireframes and business requirements into functional, intuitive applications.

    • Ensure app scalability, performance, and security.

    • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for continuous delivery.

    • Publish and maintain apps on the App Store and Google Play.

    • Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.

Mandatory Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

    • 7+ years of professional mobile app development experience.

    • Proven track record of building 3+ enterprise-grade apps from concept to launch.

    • Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Java.

    • Hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce or other enterprise APIs.

    • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.

    • Familiarity with Firebase, AWS, or Azure and Git/GitHub.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce-based healthcare or EMR platforms.

    • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and mobile app security.

    • Exposure to mobile analytics and performance monitoring tools.
