Senior Treasury Analyst - Cash Forecasting and FX Hedging 

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team in Mexico City, reporting to the Treasury Manager, who is based in the US. This role will lead data-driven decision support, optimize treasury technology infrastructure, and manage integration projects across banking platforms, ERPs, and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will blend strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in treasury systems and data analytics. Be a Contributor — What You'll Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and analytical models for liquidity forecasting, cash visibility, and financial risk
• Analyze cash flows, bank fees, investments, and FX exposures to support strategic treasury decisions
• Partner with Finance to integrate treasury forecast into enterprise planning
• Support Treasury manager on end-to-end treasury system implementation and integration efforts (e.g., TMS, ERP modules, bank portals)
• Collaborate with IT, banking partners, and software vendors to automate workflows and enhance data connectivity
• Evaluate, select, and deploy technology solutions that improve controls, efficiency, and scalability
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness in digital treasury operations and systems
• Document key processes and drive standardization across entities and geographies

Be Prepared — What You Bring  

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience expected in corporate treasury role
• Strong experience with treasury systems (e.g. TMS, Oracle, MMF platform) and banking platforms
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is helpful but not required
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint (ability to put together presentations for management)
• Proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to complete deliverables
• Ability to problem-solve and navigate ambiguity

Be Successful — Your Path

First 90 Days:

Six Months: 

• Thoroughly understand the cash management and forecasting processes
• Be able to analyze bank fees and FX exposures to drive strategic decisions

One Year: 

• Collaborate with Finance to integrate Treasury forecast into enterprise planning
• Develop and maintain dashboards for Treasury Metrics and drive system implementation and integration projects
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the Finance, Tax, and Accounting departments
